John Clancy is the managing member of a multi-brand, multi-unit franchise organization that includes 48 Planet Fitness locations, 32 Smoothie King units, and 25 Buff City Soaps units. He’s also the managing member of Cornerstone Properties with a portfolio valued in excess of $200 million with an additional $50 million currently under development.
