Mary Ann O'Connell, CFE, the founder of FranWise^® franchise counselors, grows brands through processes, manuals and training. Ms. O’Connell’s career as a franchisee, franchisor and counselor provides a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to make a brand succeed.  She is active in the International Franchise Association in leadership, committees, speaking, and writing.
